The Penney
Richards Memorial Fund has been established to award scholarships to deserving
students pursuing
their education in the healing arts, particularly oncology. Penney Richards was
a medical assistant who was
killed in a tragic accident. Her relatives and friends hope to keep her dream of
working in radiation oncology
alive by awarding these scholarships.
